Responsibilities
- Cost estimating and preliminary design
- Aiding in funding applications and environmental studies
- Performing detailed reviews, studies, analyses, and preparing detailed reports
- Developing construction plans and specifications
- Conducting detailed design calculations
- Communicating with clients to gather and relay project information
- Managing projects during the construction phase
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- EIT certification
- Knowledge of FAA regulations, policies, and procedures
- Basic understanding of airport operations
- Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Initiative and ability to make independent decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Civil Engineer (PE) in the State of Arkansas
