What You Will Experience In This Role
The AMA Intern will operate as a virtual extension of the customers' aircraft maintenance team. This position involves building and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers, supporting the Team Lead and Manager to coordinate operational and analytical tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring aircraft are enrolled correctly and maintained in the CAMP Maintenance Tracking platform
- Monitoring aircraft inspection and maintenance schedules to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and manufacturer recommendations
- Processing customer-provided maintenance compliance records and other data accurately and in a timely manner
- Applying aviation technical knowledge to ensure the integrity of the customer's maintenance program
Responsibilities
The AMA Intern will:
- Become a subject matter expert in the aircraft maintenance program and CAMP Maintenance Tracking platform
- Develop and promote positive customer relationships by providing proactive solutions to customer problems
- Coordinate the on-boarding and enrollment process for new customers
- Work cross-functionally within the organization to identify and address common customer challenges
- Apply aviation technical knowledge to ensure the continued integrity of the customer's maintenance program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
- A&P certificate a plus
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- SaaS experience a benefit
Qualifications
- Strong cross-functional partnership experience
- Passion for helping customers and colleagues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Proficiency with MS Office
- High energy and positive 'can do' attitude
