Responsibilities
Training & Development:
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for cabin cleaners, janitorial staff, and supervisors.
- Develop and deliver training programs on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Provide hands-on instruction for aircraft cabin cleaning, including galleys, lavatories, and seating areas.
- Ensure team members are trained on company standards, client requirements, and SOPs.
Compliance & Safety:
- Train employees on OSHA, FAA, and airport authority regulations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, PPE usage, and hazardous material handling.
- Conduct safety briefings, audits, and refresher training sessions.
- Maintain accurate training records and certifications.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct site observations and inspections to ensure proper cleaning techniques and service delivery.
- Identify performance gaps and retrain employees as needed.
- Partner with operations leadership to drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with Operations Managers and Supervisors to support workforce readiness.
- Aid in new account startups, transitions, and special projects.
- Schedule training sessions across multiple shifts and sites.
Requirements
- Valid State Driver's License for a minimum of 1 year.
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in aviation services, janitorial, or facilities management.
- Previous training or instructional experience preferred.
- Knowledge of aircraft cabin cleaning procedures strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with OSHA, FAA, and airport safety regulations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train diverse groups in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work inside aircraft cabins and in airport ramp/terminal environments.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
