Qualifications

• Valid State Driver's License for a minimum of 1 year
• Must be 21+ years old
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in aviation, cabin services, housekeeping, hospitality, facilities, or related operations
• Previous airline or airport operations experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to obtain and maintain airport security badges and credentials

Preferred Experience

• Aircraft cabin cleaning or airline ground operations experience
• Experience leading large teams in a time-sensitive operational environment
• Knowledge of airline service standards and safety procedures
• Experience with workforce scheduling and performance management
