Qualifications
- Valid State Driver's License for a minimum of 1 year
- Must be 21+ years old
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in aviation, cabin services, housekeeping, hospitality, facilities, or related operations
- Previous airline or airport operations experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to obtain and maintain airport security badges and credentials
Preferred Experience
- Aircraft cabin cleaning or airline ground operations experience
- Experience leading large teams in a time-sensitive operational environment
- Knowledge of airline service standards and safety procedures
- Experience with workforce scheduling and performance management
