About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide care during weekend day shifts (8 hours).

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test completed within the last 12 months.
• Minimum of 6 months of hands-on nursing experience; new graduates not accepted.
• Reliable transportation required.
