About the role

We currently have patients and openings in:

• Schedule: Mon‑Fri and weekends (7 a.m.–7 p.m. // 7 p.m.–7 a.m.)
• Location: 75040
• Age: Adult
• Acuity: Feeding tube, medication administration, tracheostomy, and ventilator

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care for adult patients with feeding tubes, medication administration, tracheostomy, and ventilator support.
• Document care electronically using a tablet provided in each patient’s home.
• Collaborate with 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians.
• Follow all health‑related requirements, including vaccinations and testing as applicable.

Schedule

Mon‑Fri and weekends, with shifts from 7 a.m.–7 p.m. or 7 p.m.–7 a.m. Flexible full‑time, part‑time, or PRN options are available.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days).
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna can assist after hire).
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
