About the role

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to join our team. We are a leading private duty nursing company that fosters a culture of diversity, connection, and support for our team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and empathetic care to patients in their homes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through skill advancement and paid training.
• Work flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, and PRN options.
• Utilize 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians.
• Receive weekly or daily pay.

Requirements

• Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
• Transfer Compact licenses to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Have current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• Pass TB skin test (within last 12 months).
• Have six months prior hands-on nursing experience (preferred but not required).
• Have reliable transportation.
