Schedule: Wednesday and Friday 9:00am - 7:00pm; Saturday 9:00am - 3:00pm Location/Setting: Edenton, 27932 Age Range: Infant Acuity: G-tube, Trach, Vent

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and empathetic care to patients in their homes.
• Provide hands-on nursing care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient care in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Qualifications
