Avanade Client Account Lead
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role (description). Responsibilities: "What You'll Do" list. Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: there is "Qualifications Skills and Experiences" list and "About You" list. Could combine into Qualifications and Skills sections. But we need to decide: maybe Qualifications for the list of qualifications, Skills for skills list. However the posting lumps them. Could split: Qualifications (proven ability...), Skills (effective communication...). But we need to avoid thin sections. Might combine into one Qualifications section containing both lists? But spec says use headings for each; we can have Qualifications and Skills separate if content exists. Let's extract:
Qualifications list (under "Qualifications Skills and Experiences"):
- Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strong business and industry acumen with the ability to identify trends, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Strategic mindset with experience developing and executing account plans that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to balance stakeholder priorities across client, partner, and internal teams to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Creative problem-solving and resourcefulness in navigating complex situations and delivering practical solutions.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
- Experience leading collaborative, high-performing teams and fostering accountability, clarity, and shared ownership.
- Ability to remain composed and resilient in dynamic environments while maintaining focus on results.
Skills list (under "About You"):
- Emotionally mature and humble leadership.
- Masterful negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker who anticipates client needs and shapes long-term opportunities.
- Empathetic listener who seeks to understand stakeholder perspectives and responds with professionalism and care.
- Effective communicator who clearly articulates priorities, expectations, and business value.
- Adaptable and resilient in the face of change, ambiguity, and competing priorities.
- Accountable and outcome-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering on promises.
- Decisiveness balanced with a consultative and collaborative approach.
We could treat these as Qualifications and Skills sections.
Benefits: "Avanade offers a market competitive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan, bonus opportunities, paid holidays, and paid time off. See more information on our benefits here: Benefits and Total Rewards | Avanade United States". That's specific.
Pay: We have compensation varies, location salary ranges, plus incentive compensation. That's specific enough for Pay section.
Schedule: No mention of schedule (e.g., full-time, remote). Not present, so omit Schedule section.
We also need to include location salary ranges maybe as part of Pay.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none obvious. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions. There's no explicit application instructions.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
