About the role

PartnerTulsa facilitates redevelopment and revitalization projects in Tulsa through targeted acquisition and disposition of real estate, managing assets of the Tulsa Development Authority (TDA). This role focuses on identifying and leveraging residential, commercial, or industrial properties to support development and redevelopment initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the acquisition and disposition of TDA-owned properties to support redevelopment goals.
• Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and city partners on larger residential or commercial projects.
• Utilize tools such as the TDA-Owned Properties Map and Commercial Properties search tool to identify available properties.
• Support the facilitation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for development projects.
• Engage with community partners to align real estate strategies with revitalization and economic development objectives.
