About the role

Before the lights come on, before the keynote begins, before the first song plays, everything starts in the warehouse. As a Warehouse Technician, you're responsible for helping thousands of pieces of equipment move efficiently through our operation every year. Audio systems, lighting rigs, video walls, staging, interactive attractions, DJ equipment, and everything in between all pass through your hands before heading to events across the country. This is more than loading trucks. You'll prep gear, de-prep returning equipment, identify damaged items, flag gear for repair, QC gear coming back, assist in repair, support inventory management, and help maintain a warehouse that runs like a machine. Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations to ensure successful event prep, de-prep, and equipment flow.
• Prepare, stage, organize, and pack equipment for upcoming events.
• Process returning equipment and identify damaged, missing, or incomplete items requiring further attention.
• Flag equipment for Quality Control and collaborate with the Repair Team to ensure gear is event ready.
• Execute equipment deliveries and pickups while safely loading and unloading vehicles of various sizes.
• Assist with receiving, processing, and organizing incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Help onboard new inventory through labeling, barcoding, organization, and equipment setup.
• Maintain accurate inventory practices and support ongoing warehouse organization efforts.
• Assist managers and senior technicians in ensuring gear quality, completeness, and readiness.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
• Participate in the Emergency On-Call Technician rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or related experience preferred.
• 1+ year of live event, production, AV, theatrical, or related experience preferred (school or professional experience accepted).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Physical and mental agility with the ability to solve problems quickly.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment maintenance.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Availability to primarily work daytime hours with occasional evenings, weekends, and seasonal overtime as business demands require.

Bonus Points

• Customer service or hospitality experience.
• Experience with inventory management software such as Flex, Lasso, or similar platforms.
• Experience driving large vehicles (CDL or non-CDL).
• Forklift, tow motor, or scissor lift experience.
• Previous experience in live events, entertainment, or production environments.

Pay

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour, based on experience
