Responsibilities

  • Oversee AV and collaboration platforms (Logitech Sync, Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management, Zoom) to ensure seamless performance and integration.
  • Record and maintain standards for room system setup, monitoring, and reporting, collaborating with AV, IT, and Facilities teams.
  • Build operational foundations by producing and updating comprehensive documentation, including knowledge base articles, support runbooks, SOPs, and user guides.
  • Convert support requirements into standardized methods to achieve consistent application across AV teams, Service Desk, field teams, and business partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of technology, system capabilities, and operational procedures for meeting rooms, event spaces, studios, and collaboration environments.
  • Enable automation and technology-enhanced operations by developing or aiding in automation solutions that improve visibility, minimize manual input, and accelerate team responses.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to refine documentation, support readiness, reporting, and communication.
  • Establish secure, practical, and replicable methods for automation and AI in AV operations to promote efficiency and innovation.
  • Operate and improve the AV support environment by managing systems and tools as production environments, focusing on defined ownership, monitoring, and continuous enhancement.
  • Analyze patterns in incidents, room conditions, and support inquiries to identify risks and areas for growth.
  • Assist with lifecycle planning, standards creation, and operational preparation in collaboration with AV operations leadership.
  • Support adoption across teams by partnering with AV support staff, Service Desk, and project teams to boost usability and consistency.
  • Educate and equip support teams to handle common issues efficiently, providing documentation, examples, and templates to optimize AV operations.
  • Enhance support for employees working with meeting rooms, event spaces, studios, and collaboration tools.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in AV, collaboration technology, IT operations, or a related technical field.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating meeting room systems, collaboration platforms, AV management tools, or workplace technology systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Logitech Sync, digital signage, ticket tracking systems, and knowledge bases.
  • Strong background in crafting or maintaining technical documentation and support content.
  • Knowledge of automation, reporting, workflow tools, scripting, AI tools, or process improvement methods.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify recurring patterns, and recommend scalable improvements.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $87,200 USD - $130,900 USD. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location, and market conditions. Employees may also be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
