AV/Structured Cabling Manager

About the role

This position is responsible for leading the operational execution of our AV and Structured Cabling solutions. This role builds and manages the engineering and project delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to company standards.

This role owns the short-term P&L performance of the groups, including gross margin, labor efficiency, and execution consistency translating company strategy into scalable processes, team structure, consistent execution and ensures engineering effectively supports both preconstruction and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or 5+ years of experience in AV integration, Structured Cabling, or similar technical contracting environments
• Proven experience leading Engineering and/or Project Management teams
• Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with building safety standards and regulations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
• Strong proficiency in construction/workplace software:
