AV Field Project Manager

About the role

Oasis Luxury Smart Homes creates homes that integrate technology seamlessly. They are seeking a Field Project Manager to join their Scottsdale team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in smart-home installation, wiring, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and program AV and smart-home systems including Control4, Savant, or Crestron
• Pull, label, and terminate structured wiring for audio, video, and network systems
• Mount TVs, speakers, racks, and related components with precision and care
• Configure routers, switches, and wireless networks for seamless system performance
• Program and troubleshoot automation platforms
• Perform quality checks and system testing before handoff to project management
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Communicate clearly with clients, builders, and teammates—representing Oasis with professionalism and courtesy

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in residential AV, low-voltage, or home automation installation
• Familiarity with programming Control4, Crestron, Savant, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals (routers, switches, IP addressing)
• Experience reading and following construction drawings and wiring schematics
• Comfort with ladders, lifts, and hand/power tools
• Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and team-minded
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
