We’re looking for a field Project Manager to join our Scottsdale team—someone with hands-on experience in smart-home installation, wiring, and networking who’s ready to take the next step in their craft. You’ll collaborate with lead techs and project managers to bring high-end automation systems to life for discerning clients. What You’ll Do Install, configure and program AV and smart-home systems including Control4, Savant, or CrestronPull, label, and terminate structured wiring for audio, video, and network systemsMount TVs, speakers, racks, and related components with precision and careConfigure routers, switches, and wireless networks for seamless system performanceProgramming and troubleshooting of automation platformsPerform quality checks and system testing before handoff to project managementMaintain clean, organized, and safe job sitesCommunicate clearly with clients, builders, and teammates—representing Oasis with professionalism and courtesy What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of experience in residential AV, low-voltage, or home automation installationFamiliarity with programming Control4, Crestron, Savant, or similar platformsStrong understanding of network fundamentals (routers, switches, IP addressing)Experience reading and following construction drawings and wiring schematicsComfort with ladders, lifts, and hand/power toolsSelf-motivated, solutions-oriented, and team-mindedValid driver’s license and clean driving record required Why You’ll Love Working Here Competitive pay based on experience ($25–$35/hr range) 401(k) with company match after 1 year Performance bonuses for initiative and excellence Paid Time Off and Sick Time Life-event perks (gifts for major milestones like marriage, new baby, or first home) Employee discounts on top-tier gearWork with a team that values craftsmanship, communication, and continual learning At Oasis, technology isn’t the magic—it’s the medium.
