Around the Role

The Assistant Door Attendant is primarily responsible for welcoming guests to the hotel and arranging transportation when requested. This role may require communication and coordination between the Valet/Bell Services and assistance with the baggage of guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and arranging transportation
• Providing general information about the hotel and surrounding areas

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to meet the needs of others in an accelerated environment
• Excellent verbal skills
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Physical stamina to lift moderate loads
