About the role
As a Bar Back at Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort, your primary responsibility is to ensure the bars are fully stocked and operational. This fast-paced position requires constant customer interaction, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift moderate loads.
Responsibilities
- Maintain adequate stock levels at all bars
- Assist bartenders with setup and breakdown of service areas
- Interact professionally with guests and team members
- Perform physical tasks including lifting and moving supplies
