Autonomy and Remote Control Product Manager

For a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space, we are seeking an Autonomy and Remote Control Product Manager to shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution.

About the role

You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a manufacturing environment.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision for how autonomous operations reshape jobsite processes
• Collaborate with design and user research to prototype solutions using AI
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and issues in the product backlog
• Clearly define business features and coordinate delivery with engineering teams
• Partner with marketing to drive product adoption and sales growth
• Coordinate with customers and support specialists to resolve problems

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• Extensive experience leading technical teams while managing multiple projects
• Solid understanding of Agile methodology
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle sensitive situations
• Knowledge of business analysis and software engineering

Pay

$128,470 – $208,770 annually
