Autonomous Solutions Deployment Specialist

About the role

This role will play a dual role in Big Joe’s autonomous solutions by deploying systems and delivering an exceptional level of customer service to ensure an industry leading autonomous customer experience. This individual will be trained in the deployment, operation, and support of our autonomous solutions by our internal team and autonomous technology partners and will become an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in all our autonomous products and solutions.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills in autonomous systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in similar roles preferred

Qualifications

• Education in engineering, computer science, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in autonomous systems or customer service
