About the role
The Product Lead will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of Autonomous Resilient Communications solutions within the Embedded Robotics and Tactical Communications product line. This role will focus on ensuring the product meets the highest standards of reliability, performance, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and testing of new communication systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of product requirements and specifications
- Manage project timelines and budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded systems design and development
- Experience with wireless communication technologies and protocols
- Strong understanding of system-level design and integration
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development processes
- Knowledge of hardware design and testing techniques
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, Python, or MATLAB
- Experience with electronic design automation (EDA) tools
- Understanding of RF and microwave engineering principles
- Experience with test and measurement equipment

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
