About the role

The Automotive Tire & Service Advisor position offers hands-on experience in Goodyear’s Auto Service centers, focusing on building guest relationships and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability by selling tires and recommended automotive services
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction through understanding needs
• Communicate advertising and promotion of products and services
• Take responsibility for guest interactions from initial experience to completion
• Contribute to promotional merchandising and special events
• Effectively communicate warranties, promotions, and advertisements to guests
• Utilize tools to make recommendations based on manufacturing guidelines
• Aid the Service Manager in vehicle information sharing
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting

Requirements

• Previous Automotive Guest Service experience
• Valid driver's license
• At least 18 years of age
• No relocation offered
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous tire sales experience preferred
• Previous automotive service sales experience preferred

Pay

The pay range for this position is $19- $23/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.

Schedule

Depending on location, stores may be open 7 days a week, which may include weekends and some holidays.
