About the role

Leith Chrysler Jeep, part of Holman—a family-owned, global automotive services organization—is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. Holman serves diverse automotive markets, including fleet management, vehicle fabrication, component manufacturing, powertrain distribution, insurance, and retail automotive sales.

Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus based on qualifications. Relocation assistance available.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repairs.
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials.
• Keep the shop area neat and clean, and account for dealership tools at all times.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repairs.
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry and diagnostics arena.

Requirements

• 3+ years of auto service center experience highly desired.
• Appropriate technical auto training or certifications; ASEs a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Willingness to undergo background requirements.
