Automotive Technician - Up to $10k Sign-On

Porsche Cary has an outstanding opportunity for a skilled C‑level Automotive Technician to join the Holman family.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
• Maintain leading‑edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials
• Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times
• Road‑test vehicles to ensure quality repair
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena

Requirements

• 1+ dealership service center experience or completion of PTAP program required
• Valid driver’s license and a clean MVR
• Willingness to undergo background requirements

Pay

Competitive wages in the range of $20–$28 USD per hour, based on job‑related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. Up to a $10,000 sign‑on bonus is available based on qualifications, and relocation assistance is offered.
