Daily Responsibilities
- Performing repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and precision
- Test-driving vehicles and using diagnostic tools to evaluate systems and components
- Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive systems: engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and more
- Communicating clearly with Service Advisors to ensure customers are informed of additional service needs and estimated timelines
- Executing warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Requirements
- Experienced Dealership Technician with proven experience in a dealership setting
- Strong working knowledge of the service drive and repair processes
- Excellent mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
- Steady hands, solid hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail
- Strong customer service mindset and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new technologies
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
