About the role

Our team members are the heart of Jiffy Lube Multicare. You'll diagnose automotive issues, perform installations, repairs, and maintenance, and provide exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose automotive issues
• Perform requested installations, repairs, and maintenance services
• Provide an outstanding guest service experience
• Contribute to a safe and energetic work environment

Requirements

• A current and valid driver's license
• ASE Certifications (preferred)

Qualifications

• Experienced in automotive mechanics
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Skills

• Knowledge of automotive systems
• Proficient in diagnostic tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
