Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Role: The Senior Automotive Technician diagnoses, repairs, and performs complex vehicle services to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. They lead qualified technicians, follow safety guidelines, and adhere to company and manufacturer standards. Responsibilities Diagnose vehicles based on certification/experience levelsPerform repairs outlined on inspection and repair orders efficiently and accuratelyConduct complex and heavy-duty repairsExplain diagnoses and repairs to customers and team membersRecommend necessary services, documenting all in customer filesFollow safety procedures and report hazardsUphold company values and policiesWork flexibly, including Saturdays Qualifications Previous automotive technician or mechanic experience or ASE certificationsProficiency with computerized diagnostic equipmentValid driver’s licenseHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical school preferred Physical & Work Environment: Must work in varied conditions with exposure to noise, fumes, and hazardous materials. Capable of standing, bending, lifting up to 70 lbs, and performing motions necessary for vehicle repairs. PPE use may be required.
