Automotive Technician/Mechanic

About the role

Meineke is seeking experienced automotive technicians/mechanics to join our team of over 900 shops nationwide. We value high-quality repair work and a passion for getting customers back on the road.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle problems in a timely manner
• Repair vehicles and perform test drives for quality control (must have a valid driver’s license)
• Maintain a neat and clean work area

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player
• Supply your own hand tools
• Complete ongoing training as required
• Basic knowledge of general vehicle services (alignments, oil changes, flushes, tire services, brake replacement)
• Experience with suspension repair, air conditioning systems, cooling systems, and exhaust systems
• Strong diagnostic abilities
• ASE Certifications are a plus
