What You’ll Do
- Diagnose complex automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and technical schematics
- Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, powertrain components, and electrical systems
- Conduct diesel engine repairs and service ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)
- Perform alignments, vehicle maintenance services, and occasional body repairs
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and modern repair equipment
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics to accurately identify and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate findings clearly to service advisors
- Deliver high-quality workmanship that reflects our commitment to excellence
What We’re Looking For
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (automotive technology training preferred)
- ASE certifications in multiple areas of automotive repair preferred
- Experience working on vehicles with strong mechanical knowledge
- Experience with automotive electrical systems, diagnostics, and schematic reading
- Skilled in engine repair, powertrain work, alignments, and general maintenance
- Familiarity with Volkswagen vehicles or similar manufacturers is a plus
- Proficiency with diagnostic software and shop equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs
- Ability to clearly communicate technical findings to advisors and team members
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
- Ability to safely operate tools and repair equipment
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- ASE Certification (Preferred)
