About the role

Flynn's Tire and Auto Service is seeking experienced automotive technicians (ASE‑certified and 3+ years) to join a high‑performance team. The company’s mission is to serve customers and the community with the friendliest, most efficient service, keeping America rolling safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform PA State Inspections, Emission Testing & Repairs (required for PA locations)
• Wheel alignments
• Steering & suspension repairs
• Minor engine repairs
• Belts & hoses replacement
• HVAC service & repairs
• Diagnostics & electrical repairs
• Preventive maintenance
• Brake diagnostics & repair

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record
• Pass background check
• Pass pre‑employment drug testing
• ASE certifications and at least 3 years of automotive experience

Pay

Earning potential up to $100,000 per year, based on skill level, experience, and ASE certifications.

Schedule

Employees do not work on Sundays or major holidays.
