Automotive Technician - Lexus

Job Responsibilities

• Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and performing repair.
• Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers.
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Maintains an organized work area.
• Other duties assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

• Automotive Service Technician experience
• ASE certification desirable
• Excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy

About the Role

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for an Automotive Master Technician to join their team at Napleton's Lexus of Wayzata. This position builds Customer loyalty by effectively diagnosing vehicles and managing production and communication with the Parts Department and Service Advisors.
