About the RoleDon's Repair is a full-service automotive repair shop serving Burley, ID and the surrounding community, with a reputation built on distinctive quality and unequaled customer service. As the business grows — expanding the current location ahead of opening a second — the shop needs a true A-level technician who can be trusted with any vehicle that rolls through the bay. This is the top technical seat in the shop. You own the hard diagnoses — the intermittent electrical gremlin, the no-code driveability complaint, the repair the last shop gave up on. You're the person who figures out what's actually wrong, fixes it right the first time, and keeps cars moving without comebacks. Every technician here works with a computer-based diagnostic setup, and you'll be expected to use those tools fluently.Just as important as your wrench skills is how you carry yourself. Don's Repair runs on Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, and Humility — "no job is too small for anyone." Success in six months looks like a dependable A-tech who diagnoses accurately, works efficiently under pressure, lifts the whole team's quality bar, and helps coach and mold the junior techs coming up behind them.
