Automotive Technician - Holman Lincoln Mt. Laurel

What will you do?

The Automotive Technician is responsible for servicing and repairing vehicles as assigned by the Service Manager. The role involves:

• Performing work as outlined on repair orders in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and performing repairs
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials
• Keeping the shop area neat and clean, and accounting for dealership tools at all times
• Road-testing vehicles to ensure quality repairs
• Adapting to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena

What are we looking for?

• FORD/LINCOLN certified is highly desired
• Minimum of 3 + years of dealer-level or large facility experience
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to undergo and satisfy our background requirements

Pay

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $29.23 - $41.66 USD per hour.
