About the role

Ford Lincoln of Huntington is expanding and seeks a skilled B-Level Technician to join their team. The facility features a modern service drive, advanced diagnostic equipment, and a streamlined shop layout designed for productivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, efficient repairs following dealership and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns using advanced diagnostic tools
• Complete brake, suspension, steering, cooling, and general mechanical repairs independently
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding additional needs and repair timelines
• Execute warranty work according to Ford/Lincoln specifications

Requirements

• Experience as a B-Level technician (dealership experience preferred)
• Diesel experience a plus
• Technical school certificate required; ASE certifications a plus
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Able to learn new technology and operate modern diagnostic equipment
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to grow
