Farris Family of dealerships is looking for high-performed automotive technicians who want to earn great money, turn serious hours, and work in a shop where they are actually appreciated.
Responsibilities
- Maintain 45+ hours weekly
- Work in a shop with consistent hours and strong flag opportunities
- Receive up to $60 per flat-rate hour
- Eligible for production bonus based on hours turned (45+ hours = $4 per hour)
- Eligible for 120% warranty pay
- Work in a family-owned and operated dealership with no corporate micromanagement
