Automotive Technician | Flat-Rate - Eastside Subaru

As a Flat Rate Automotive Technician, you will diagnose vehicle issues, perform repairs, and mentor less experienced technicians in one of the country’s premier service departments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose automotive problems as they arise
• Conduct inspections, repair engine failures, mechanical and electrical systems, and replace parts
• Comply with manufacturer specifications throughout the repair/servicing process
• Mentor and assist other technicians on the Service Team

Requirements

• Master-level certification from Subaru or ASE
• Subaru experience (required if ASE Certified)
• Personal tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be 18 years or older with a clean driving record
• Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
