Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Master/Journeyman Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems
- ASE certification preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Experience with transmissions and other specialized repairs is a plus
