Responsibilities

• Address the customer's primary concern
• Properly document the cause and the correction in our DMS
• Perform a quality Multi-Point Inspection and record all results
• Ability to communicate with the Service Advisors and Parts Advisors
• Complete all your Factory Web Training in a timely manner and stay current with all training
• Understand all Factory Warranties and Policy and Procedures

Qualifications

• Factory Training preferred but not required
• Self-motivated to be a productive technician
• Valid drivers license
• Communication skills, patience, creativity, eye for detail
• General mechanical skills and must have own tools
• Brand specific training/certification preferred but not required
• Safety and Emissions certification preferred but not required
• Basic computer skills

Pay

$30,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year based on experience level
