Responsibilities
- Address the customer's primary concern
- Properly document the cause and the correction in our DMS
- Perform a quality Multi-Point Inspection and record all results
- Communicate with the Service Advisors and Parts Advisors
- Complete all your Factory Web Training in a timely manner and stay current with all training
- Understand all Factory Warranties and Policy and Procedures
Qualifications
- Factory Training preferred but not required
- Self-motivated to be a productive technician
- Valid drivers license
- Communication skills, patience, creativity, eye for detail
- General mechanical skills and must have own tools
- Brand specific training/certification preferred but not required
- Safety and Emissions certification preferred but not required
- Basic computer skills
