Job Description
AAP is seeking automotive technicians to deliver exceptional repair and maintenance services across a wide variety of vehicles, including diesel and hybrid models. We pride ourselves on providing top-tier service and supporting our technicians with ongoing education and development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of automotive repair and maintenance services on all makes and models, including diesel and hybrid vehicles.
- Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire installations, brake services, electrical, and more.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs, building positive relationships, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Keep up with evolving automotive technologies, ensuring quality and accurate repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet shop goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Training & Development

- Quarterly advanced-level continued education programs through our vendor partnerships, including training on: ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), Hybrid Drive Systems, Diagnostics and Electrical, TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems).

Total Compensation Overview
- Technician Cs will earn a competitive hourly rate of $17.00 - $25.00.

Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or technical school graduate, certification.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of 6 months’ relevant experience in automotive repair or completion of a formal automotive training program.
- Knowledge of automotive and/or truck systems, tools, and technical resources and training to independently perform a variety of usually basic repairs and maintenance of automobile and truck vehicles.
- Ability to consistently provide exceptional customer service and improve customer service score.
Preferred Qualifications
- ASE Certifications (or their equivalent).
- A4-Suspension & Steering, A5-Brakes G1-Auto Maintenance & Light Repair preferred.
- State inspection certificate, where applicable.
- AC 609 Certification.
