About the role

The Automotive Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles in alignment with company standards for quality, efficiency, and safety. This role directly impacts customer trust, vehicle reliability, and overall shop performance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections following company procedures
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns accurately
  • Complete repairs and maintenance services according to approved work orders
  • Document findings, recommendations, and completed work clearly and thoroughly
  • Maintain productivity and efficiency standards set by the company
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards with minimal comebacks
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and team members
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Properly use and maintain tools and equipment
  • Stay current with training and industry advancements

  • Solid B Tech

  • Experience with Asian imports
  • A valid driver's license and your own basic tools are a must
