- Perform advanced work on engine, drivetrain, electrical, brake, suspension, and HVAC systems using OEM and diagnostic tools
- Document repairs accurately in digital systems
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with service teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Mentor and support junior technicians, sharing best practices
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic tools
- Excellent documentation and compliance skills
- Ability to mentor and work collaboratively in a team environment
