Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Possess valid driver’s license
• Able to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

• Exposure to moderate to loud noises, dust, exhaust fumes, lubricants, petroleum products, vapors, caustic materials, and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials
• Temperature varies and could include extreme heat and/or extreme cold depending on ambient temperatures outside
• Must be able to stand up to eight hours per day in the shop and walk to access various areas of the building
• Bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch regularly throughout the day; must have full range of motion with arms and hands and be able to feel, handle, or finger objects frequently
• Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly, lift and/or move up to 70 pounds frequently
• Communicate with customers and shop personnel
• Vision sufficient to detect color, depth, and re-focus

Pay

Pay Range: $20–$30 per hour in total compensation, which includes an hourly base plus additional earnings through a flag/flat-rate system.

Schedule

Minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays.
