Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems
- Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team
- Interact with customers to deliver transparent, high-quality service
- Work in a shop built around respect, communication, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- A Level: 7–10+ years of experience — Up to $65 an hour
- B Level: 2–7 years of experience — Up to $48 an hour
- Tire Tech/C Level: 6 months–2 years of experience — Up to $32 an hour
Physical requirements
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach throughout the workday
- Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull more than 50 pounds
- Ability to safely work on vehicles using automotive lifts and in confined spaces
- Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and computers
- Ability to operate vehicles, including those equipped with manual transmissions
- Ability to maintain a productive work pace in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions typical of an automotive repair facility
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Pay
- Competitive hourly pay: Up to $65 hourly pay
- Performance bonus: Up to $10 per billable hour
