Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
• Inspect and repair a wide range of pre‑owned makes and models up to 12 years old.
• Conduct a 190‑point vehicle inspection.
• Perform lube, filter, and flush services.
• Service brake systems and tire repairs.
• Handle suspension work and alignments.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle drivability issues.
• Diagnose and repair air‑conditioning systems.
• Perform gasket and seal repairs.

Requirements

• State certification where applicable.
• At least 6 months of previous automotive mechanic experience, or auto‑tech school certification.
• Own a set of tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn.
• Respect for teammates and a positive outlook.

Pay

Salary range: $47,000 – $60,000 per year, based on experience. Technicians are paid a salary with bonus potential (not flat‑rate), guaranteeing pay.
