Automotive Technician

About the role

EchoPark Automotive is hiring an Automotive Technician to join our team in Henderson, NV. Our technicians enjoy guaranteed pay, a collaborative and casual work environment, and a culture that values fairness and growth. This role focuses on vehicle repair and maintenance for a wide range of pre-owned makes and models up to 12 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform 190-point vehicle inspections
• Conduct lube, filter, and fluid flush services
• Repair brake systems and tires
• Perform suspension and alignment work
• Diagnose and repair vehicle drivability issues
• Service air conditioning systems
• Repair gaskets and seals

Requirements

• State certification where applicable
• At least 6 months of previous Automotive Mechanic experience, or Auto Tech School certification
• Own a set of tools
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to follow directions and learn
• Respect for teammates and a positive outlook

Pay

Salary of $47K to $60K+ based on experience. Technicians are paid a guaranteed salary with bonus potential (not flat rate).
