Role: Junior Automotive Technician Responsibilities Perform basic mechanical repairs, including oil changes, tire services, brakes, suspension, and alignments.Conduct tire mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotations.Utilize multi-point inspections and repair orders to document vehicle conditions.Perform State Safety and Emission Inspections where applicable, following safety and ethical guidelines.Follow safety procedures, report concerns, and adhere to company policies and core values.Assist with basic diagnostics using computerized equipment and perform routine maintenance.Work in a physically demanding environment, maintaining safety and quality standards. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years automotive technician experience.Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain a State Inspector License preferred.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Ability to work in a noisy, dusty environment with exposure to hazardous materials. Skills & Physical Demands Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and safety consciousness.Capability to stand, bend, lift up to 70 pounds, and perform repetitive motions.Good communication skills and visual acuity.
