Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and more.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technology to pinpoint problems accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct thorough multi-point inspections, ensuring the safety and reliability of customer vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and parts department to keep repairs on track and manage customer expectations.
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive advancements through technical bulletins and training programs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (or actively pursuing)
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and efficiency
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with diagnostic equipment a plus
- Team player with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- ASE Certification a plus (Master Technician preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience (for Master Technician position)
