Milestone Auto Repair is growing and looking for skilled, motivated Automotive Technicians who want to be part of a team with purpose. We’re more than a repair shop — we’re public service advocates, working to make Northwest Arkansas safer through honest, high-quality automotive care.
What We Offer
- Earn up to $130,000/year (flat rate pay)
- Monday–Friday only | 7:30 AM–5:30 PM

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicles
- Perform maintenance, inspections, and advanced repairs
- Work with a supportive, professional team
- Contribute to a shop culture built on service, integrity, and community safety
