Automotive Technician

About the team

We're a locally owned, family-run group of 10 Midas shops — big enough to offer real career growth, small enough that you're never just a number. We're the #1 Midas franchise in Michigan by sales and still family-run.

What we're looking for

Certified technicians who:

• Produce consistently
• Work clean and efficiently
• Take ownership of quality
• Want unlimited earning potential
• Thrive in a performance-driven shop

What our techs actually make

• $90,000 – $160,000+ per year
• Uncapped commission structure with a guarantee base
• Potential to earn $70+ per billed labor hour
• 5-day work week
• Steady workflow — most jobs are efficient "hang and bang" repairs

If you're certified and confident in your ability, this is a shop where your production directly controls your income. No cap. No ceiling. Just skill + efficiency = serious money.
