Automotive Technician

We are seeking an Entry-Level Automotive Technician. Responsibilities include: performing multi-point inspections, basic maintenance, and repairs such as oil changes, filter replacements, tire services, brake work, and fluid flushes. Conducting diagnostics, documenting findings, and communicating with team members and customers. Following safety protocols, maintaining a clean workspace, and adhering to repair procedures are essential. Opportunities to grow into advanced technical and leadership roles are available. Qualifications: mechanically inclined with 0-2 years of shop experience or relevant training, safety-conscious, coachable, and able to follow written instructions and safety standards. Basic proficiency with shop technology, tools, and a valid driver’s license are required. Preferred qualifications include technical training, ASE certification, and specialized skills like brake or alignment work. Must be 18+ and able to work flexibly. Skills & Attributes: strong mechanical aptitude, willingness to learn, ability to work in a noisy environment, and physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds, stand, bend, and use PPE.
